Wir bieten dir eine zukunftssichere, vielseitige und praxisorientierte 3-jährige Ausbildung, die du bei entsprechender Leistung auch auf 2,5 Jahre verkürzen kannst.


Das wird dein Job

 

  • Abwechslung garantiert: Du durchläufst spannende Ausbildungseinsätze in der Druckvorstufe, im Drucksaal und in der Weiterverarbeitung - direkt am Puls unserer Produktion.
  • Praxisnah und mittendrin: Du lernst, wie man Druckmaschinen einrichtet, steuert und überwacht, und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte in bester Qualität entstehen.
  • Fit für die Zukunft: Du entwickelst dich zur wichtigen Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Material und Kundenanforderungen.
  • Technik im Griff: Du arbeitest täglich mit modernsten Druckmaschinen und lernst den sicheren Umgang mit Farben, Papieren und digitalen Steuerungssystemen.

  • Einen guten Hauptschulabschluss oder Realschulabschluss.
  • Interesse an Technik, Maschinen und Produktionsprozessen.
  • Ein gutes Farb- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie handwerkliches Geschick.
  • Spaß an Teamarbeit und ein verantwortungsbewusstes Auftreten.
  • Du willst nicht nur zuschauen, sondern mitdenken, mitgestalten und persönlich wachsen - und somit Verantwortung für deine Entwicklung übernehmen.
