  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Nachverfolgung der internationalen Instandhaltungsstrategie mit den Schwerpunkten: Instandhaltung Flotte und Anlagen​
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung einer internationalen End-to-End Prozesslandschaft​
  • Verantwortlich für die Definition, Entwicklung und Betreuung eines internationales Instandhaltungssystem mit Schwerpunkt Flotte und Anlagen gemeinsam mit den PreZero Landesorganisationen​
  • Weiterentwicklung des internationalen End-User-Interfaces für das Instandhaltungssystem​
  • Business Process Owner für internationale Maintenance Solutions  ​
  • Gemeinsame Ent- und Weiterentwicklung von automatisierten Business Solutions im Bereich Instandhaltung mit dem Bereich Automatisierung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Bereich INT Engineering bezüglich Instandhaltungsprozessessen beim Neu- bzw. Umbau von Industrieanlagen​
  • Inhaltliche Abstimmung mit den angrenzenden Unternehmensbereichen​
  • Leitung der jeweiligen Maintenance Workstreams in verschiedenen internationalen Projekten

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation z.B. Maschinenbautechniker o.ä.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von operativen Einheiten mit Ergebnis- bzw. Budgetverantwortung​
  • Internationale Projektleitungserfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation wünschenswert​
  • Fundiertes End-to-End Verständnis von Produktions- und Instandhaltungsprozessen​
  • SAP PM Kenntnisse von Vorteil​
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft​
  • Interkulturelle Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
