Als Disponent / Einsatzplaner (m/w/d) in Bad Tölz bist du das organisatorische Herzstück unseres operativen Betriebs. Mit Überblick, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke koordinierst du die täglichen Abläufe zwischen Kunden, Fahrpersonal und internen Abteilungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Bereich Logistik und Entsorgung.


Das wird dein Job

 

  • In deiner Rolle als Disponent (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Fahrern und internen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du nimmst Aufträge entgegen und planst die Einsätze unserer Mitarbeitenden sowie die Touren effizient, wirtschaftlich und kundenorientiert.
  • Dabei erstellst du alle relevanten Liefer‑ und Begleitpapiere und sorgst für eine vollständige Dokumentation im Nachweiswesen der Abfallwirtschaft.
  • Du koordinierst die täglichen Abläufe im operativen Betrieb und behältst auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen den Überblick.
  • Die Verwiegung ein- und ausgehender Waren gehört ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.


Das bringst du mit

 

  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, idealerweise in den Bereichen Logistik, Transport oder Entsorgung oder und hast ein gutes Verständnis für operative Abläufe.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - entscheidend sind jedoch deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und deine Praxiserfahrung.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits mit einem ERP‑System, z. B. Microsoft Navision, gearbeitet.
  • Du trittst kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und souverän auf und bringst Organisationstalent sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen mit.
  • Auch in stressigen Situationen bleibst du ruhig, lösungsorientiert und behältst den Überblick – gemeinsam mit deinem Team findest du pragmatische Lösungen.
