Das wird dein Job

 

  • In deiner Rolle als Disponent (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Fahrpersonal und internen Abteilungen.
  • Du nimmst Aufträge entgegen, planst die Einsätze unserer Mitarbeitenden sowie die Touren effizient und kundenorientiert.
  • Dabei erstellst du alle notwendigen Lieferpapiere und sorgst für eine vollständige Dokumentation im Rahmen des Nachweiswesens in der Abfallwirtschaft.
  • Auch die Verwiegung eingehender und ausgehender Waren gehört zu deinem täglichen Aufgabenbereich.


Das bringst du mit

 

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Disposition, idealerweise in der Logistik- oder Entsorgungsbranche, und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Prozesse und Abläufe mit.
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Wenn du bereits mit dem ERP-System Microsoft Navision gearbeitet hast, ist das ein Plus – aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Kundenfreundlichkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten aus. Außerdem bringst du Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent mit.
  • Und wenn es mal stressig wird? Kein Problem – du bleibst ruhig, lösungsorientiert und findest gemeinsam mit deinem Team einen Weg.
