Als Hofmitarbeiter / Recyclingmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Bad Tölz bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres operativen Teams. Mit Einsatzbereitschaft, Ordnungssinn und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sorgst du für einen sauberen, sicheren und reibungslosen Ablauf auf unserem Betriebshof im Bereich Entsorgung und Recycling.

 

Das wird dein Job

 

  • Du sorgst für einen sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand unseres Betriebsgeländes und achtest auf Sicherheit und Ordnung.
  • Du bedienst Flurförderfahrzeuge, insbesondere Gabelstapler, im täglichen Betriebsablauf.
  • Du übernimmst Sortiertätigkeiten verschiedenster Materialien und Wertstoffe.
  • Die Bedienung von Presse und Schredder gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Außerdem unterstützt du beim Sortieren und Verwerten von Elektroschrott (E‑Schrott).
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und trägst aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Tagesgeschäft bei.

  • Idealerweise verfügst du über einen gültigen Staplerschein – alternativ bringst du die Bereitschaft mit, diesen zu erwerben.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohes persönliches Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft aus.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und sorgfältig und packst dort mit an, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird.
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse, die eine Verständigung im Team ermöglichen.
