Als Junior Referent Logistik für den Bereich Gewerbe und Industrie Tourenoptimierung & Logistik-Projekte bist du die treibende Kraft für die Digitalisierung unserer Logistikprozesse. Du agierst im Team als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Einheiten, der IT und externen Softwarepartnern. Mit deinem analytischen Blick und deiner IT-Affinität entwickelst du die Software zur G&I Tourenoptimierung weiter und verbesserst dies unter prozessualen und technischen Gesichtspunkten.

 

Das wird dein Job 

 

  • Software-Customizing: Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung und das Customizing der Software zur G&I Tourenoptimierung im Rahmen der Solution Driven Organisation (SDO) aktiv voran.
  • Projektmitarbeit: Du arbeitest aktiv im Projektteam an der Entwicklung unserer neuen SAP-Oberfläche (Dispostions-Tool) mit und bist Ansprechpartner für die Koordination, Organisation und Schulungen sowie für die Key-User und allgemeine Ansprechpartner
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du verbesserst die vorhandenen operativen Softwarelösungen aus prozessualen sowie technischen Gesichtspunkten, überprüfst Arbeitsprozesse und passt Abläufe oder Softwarefunktionen flexibel an.
  • Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Softwarelösungen gemeinsam mit den dezentralen operativen Einheiten. 
  • Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen: Du erstellst präzise Vorher-/Nachher-Vergleiche und übernimmst die monetäre Bewertung der optimierten Touren.
  • KPI-Management: Du definierst, überwachst und optimierst die KPIs in den Bereichen Tourenoptimierung und OBC-Telematik.

 

Das bringst du mit 

 

  • Ausbildung & Basis: Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, VWL o.ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie 1 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik.
  • Branchen- & Systemwissen: Umfangreiche Kenntnisse über Gewerbe- und Industrie Entsorgungsprozesse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit SAP.
  • IT- & Prozessaffinität: Stark ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, Begeisterung für digitale Prozesse und erste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit.
  • Persönlichkeit & Arbeitsweise: Organisationsgeschick, proaktive Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten auf verschiedenen Ebenen.
  • Flexibilität: Führerschein und die für die Projektarbeit notwendige Reisebereitschaft sowie Lust auf kontinuierliche Weiterbildung.
