Das wird dein Job 

 

  • Wie viel wiegt das? Du hast die Kontrolle über die Eingangs- und Ausgangswaage und sorgst dafür, dass alles mit Hilfe der Waage-Software gesetzeskonform gewogen wird.
  • Dazu gehört selbstverständlich auch die Erstellung von Begleitpapieren und die Kontrolle der Qualität sowie die Bearbeitung von evtl. anfallenden Reklamationen.
  • Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben wie Kundenberatung, Post, Schriftverkehr und Archivierung bringen dich nicht ins Schwitzen.
  • Vertretungsweise übernimmst du auch die Disponierung von Batterietransporten (Stückgut) im Fernverkehr, sowie die Überwachung von Lenk- und Ruhezeiten, Einhaltung des Arbeitszeitgesetzes und der Gefahrgutvorschriften (ADR).

  •  Zuallererst deine Persönlichkeit: Du zeichnest dich durch eine äußerst zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen dein unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, deine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie deine sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Industriekaufmann (w/m/d), Speditionskaufmann (w/m/d) oder Kaufmann für Büromanagement (w/m/d)) ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt sowie deine Flexibilität und dein selbstständiges Arbeiten.
  • Bestenfalls konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Google Workspace und SAP machen.
