Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst hast du die Fäden im täglichen operativen Geschäft in der Hand und verstehst dich selber als Kundenbändiger. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Kundenanfragen und sorgst dafür, dass diese nachhaltig bearbeitet werden.

  • „Der Kunde ist König“ gehört für dich einfach dazu: Sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache bringt dich nichts so leicht aus der Ruhe und du behältst dadurch auch bei Beschwerden und Reklamationen einen kühlen Kopf! 
  • Darüber hinaus erstellst und versendest du auch Angebotsunterlagen zur konzerninternen Prüfung und für öffentliche Ausschreibungen.  
  • Interne Berichte vorbereiten, die Post bearbeiten oder Termine koordinieren und vorbereiten - allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben meisterst du mit links. 

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb; Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunalvertrieb oder Entsorgungswirtschaft von Vorteil 
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit hoher Sozialkompetenz 
  • Kommunikationstalent in deutscher und englischer Sprache
