Das wird dein Job 

 

  • In deiner Rolle übernimmst du allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten sowie die Organisation von betrieblichen Abläufen und Terminen.
  • Du hast immer den Überblick. Klar, dass du deshalb auch die operativen und Prozesse am besten kennst und dynamisch an der Verbesserungen der internen und externen Abläufen arbeitest.
  • Du verantwortest die Steuerung von Input- und Outputstoffströmen und arbeitest eng mit internen sowie mit externen Partnern wie Kunden und Lieferanten zusammen – dabei bist du zentraler Ansprechpartnerin für alle Stoffstromthemen.
  • Du überwachst betriebliche Kennzahlen, analysierst Verbräuche und bereitest diese statistisch auf. Abweichungen in den Annahmekriterien erkennst du frühzeitig und leitest eigenständig Gegenmaßnahmen ein.

 

Das bringst du mit 

 

  • Du bringst  eine kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrungen mit.
  • Du interessierst dich für die Entsorgungswirtschaft und behältst auch bei komplexen Vorgängen den Überblick.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office – vor allem Excel – und idealerweise auch mit SAP.
  • Du bist teamorientiert, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigenverantwortlich. Dabei behältst du auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen einen kühlen Kopf und überzeugst durch lösungsorientiertes Denken.
