Das wird dein Praktikum

 

  • Du unterstützt im Recruitingprozess. Darunter fällt unter anderem das Screening von Bewerbungsunterlagen, Terminkoordination für Vorstellungsgespräche und Telefonate mit Bewerbern.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team hilfst du bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Begrüßungsveranstaltung neuer Mitarbeiter. 
  • Du hilfst dem HR-Service bei der Durchführung von allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben, von „A“ wie Arbeitsbescheinigung bis „Z“ wie Zeugnisse. 
  • Du erhältst praktische Erfahrungen bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Aufbereitung von Unterlagen.
  • Deine abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben runden die Bearbeitung und Beantwortung individueller Anfragen von Mitarbeitern ab.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Du befindest dich in einem fortgeschrittenen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich gesammelt.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Arbeit im Personalwesen, bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit und arbeitest eigenständig, sorgfältig sowie kundenorientiert.
  • Du bist kommunikativ stark und beherrschst Deutsch sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf einem sehr guten Niveau.
  • Zudem verfügst du über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office.
