  • Du analysierst und bewertest unsere internationalen HR-Service-Prozesse – von On- und Offboarding bis hin zur Zeitwirtschaft und Entgeltabrechnung.
  • Du treibst die Digitalisierung aktiv voran, indem du schlanke, nutzerzentrierte Zielprozesse entwirfst und den Rollout moderner Tools (z. B. ServiceNow, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) begleitest.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Workflows den gesetzlichen und tariflichen Anforderungen entsprechen und definierst weltweit gültige Standards.
  • Als zentrale Drehscheibe arbeitest du eng mit IT-Experten und internationalen HR-Teams zusammen, um Prozesse möglichst länderübergreifend zu harmonisieren.
  • Du erstellst inspirierende Dokumentationen und coachst Anwender, um eine reibungslose Integration der neuen Prozesse in den Arbeitsalltag sicherzustellen.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Prozessanalyse und -optimierung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR-Services, Payroll oder Zeitwirtschaft.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen HR-Systemen (idealerweise SAP HCM, SuccessFactors oder Workflow-Tools wie ServiceNow).
  • Du denkst strukturiert, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und ergreifst gerne die Eigeninitiative, um komplexe Herausforderungen zu meistern.
  • Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und zielgruppengerecht auf Deutsch und Englisch vermitteln.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet deine Basis.
