Das wird dein Job

 

  • Du analysierst die aktuellen HR-Service-Prozesse (z. B. Onboarding, Offboarding), identifizierst Schwachstellen und designst schlanke, user-zentrierte Zielprozesse.
  • Die digitale Transformation der HR-Funktion treibst du aktiv voran und unterstützt den Rollout neuer digitaler Tools und Systeme (insbesondere ServiceNow).
  • Du unterstützt die Implementierung neuer digitaler Tools, insbesondere in den Bereichen Workflow- und Dokumentenmanagement.
  • Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle und arbeitest eng mit internationalen HR-Experten, der IT und Kollegen zusammen, um Prozesse länderübergreifend zu harmonisieren.
  • Alle Workflows dokumentierst du detailliert, stellst die Einhaltung (Governance) und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Standards sicher.
  • Du erstellst verständliche Anleitungen und Schulungsunterlagen und coachst die Anwender, um die reibungslose Integration der neuen Prozesse in den Alltag zu gewährleisten.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse und -optimierung mit, idealerweise im HR-Umfeld (z.B. HR Service oder HR Business Partner).
  • Du kennst Dich mit digitalen HR-Systemen, Workflowmanagement und der Prozessdokumentation aus.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar) oder eine entsprechende Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Deine Kommunikation ist hervorragend in Deutsch und Englisch, dabei kannst du komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und zielgruppengerecht vermitteln.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und überzeugst durch eine analytische und strukturierte Denkweise, dabei ist Eigeninitiative für Dich selbstverständlich.
