Das wird dein Job

 

  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Vermarktungsexperten führst du die Mengen- und Kontingentenzuteilung durch, mit einem Fokus auf Frankreich und Westeuropa.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit den Anfallstellen ab, um die Mengenbereitstellung sicherzustellen und den kontinuierlichen Abfluss zu unseren Verwertern zu gewährleisten.
  • Die Erstellung aller relevanten Dokumente (wie Lieferscheine, LKW-Avise, Annex VII etc.) liegt in deiner Hand.
  • Du übernimmst klassische administrative Aufgaben und fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Geschäftspartner (Anfallstellen, Spediteure, Papierfabriken etc.).
  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen souverän und kooperierst eng mit unserer Abrechnungsabteilung.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition & Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise aus der Entsorgungs- und Logistikbranche.
  • Der Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen (wie Microsoft Navision oder Google Workspace) fällt dir leicht und ist wünschenswert.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; sehr gute Französischkenntnisse sind dabei ein großes Plus.
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und überzeugst durch deine Hands-on-Mentalität.
