Als Leiter*in unseres Kompostwerks in Olpe bist du für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Betriebsstätte verantwortlich. 

 

Das wird dein Job 

 

  • Unternehmerische Verantwortung: Du verantwortest Budgetplanung, Kalkulationen sowie Statistiken und erstellst mit dem Controlling den Monatsabschluss.
  • Führung & Teamplay: Du führst das ca. 30-köpfige gewerbliche und kaufmännische Team fachlich und disziplinarisch.
  • Operative Gesamtsteuerung: Du steuerst den Betriebsablauf und sicherst die Einhaltung behördlicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben ab.
  • Qualität & Vermarktung: Du überwachst die In- und Output-Qualität per Probenahme und vermarktest aufbereitete Stoffströme wie Kompost etc.
  • Technik & Sicherheit: Du koordinierst Reparaturen, Instandsetzungen und Prüfungen und dokumentierst die Arbeits- sowie Brandschutzmaßnahmen.
  • End-to-End Prozesse: Du bearbeitest Entsorgungs- und Verwertungsnachweise und treibst die technische und organisatorische Standortoptimierung voran.

 

Das bringst du mit 

 

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine kaufmännische, technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung – idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit Bioabfällen oder eine landwirtschaftliche Qualifikation. 
  • Erfahrung: Du vereinst praktische handwerklich-technische Erfahrung mit kaufmännischen Grundkenntnissen.
  • Mindset: Du bist eine durchsetzungsstarke Führungskompetenz und packst mit einer echten Hands-on-Mentalität auch selbst mit an.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist kommunikationsstark und beweist das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Behörden und Kommunen.
