Als stellvertretender Schichtleiter (m/w/d) in Eitting übernimmst du Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Anlage. Mit technischem Know-how, Organisationstalent und Führungskompetenz sorgst du dafür, dass Prozesse effizient laufen und Sicherheitsstandards jederzeit eingehalten werden.

 

Das wird dein Job 

 

  • Du kontrollierst alle Funktionalitäten der Anlage vom Leitstand aus und stellst einen störungsfreien Betrieb sicher.
  • Du startest Behandlungsabläufe, überwachst Emissionswerte und dokumentierst die laufenden Prozesse.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Bestückung der Fasshalle, die Erstellung von Verbrennungsplänen sowie die Überwachung der Muldenbestände.
  • Als stellvertretende Schichtleitung unterstützt du bei der Anforderung von Wartungsaufträgen, der Durchführung von Arbeitsschutzschulungen und der Schichtplanung.

 

Das bringst du mit 

 

  • Eine abgeschlossene chemisch-technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Chemiefacharbeiter (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Leitstand sowie im Fahren von Großanlagen und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Entsorgungsbranche.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Schichtleiter) sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bezug auf arbeitsschutzrechtliche Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards.
