Während deines 12-monatigen Traineeprogramms wirkst du aktiv an der strategischen Gestaltung und Optimierung der Kreislaufwirtschaft für die Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe mit. Dein Fokus als Trainee umfasst:

  • Die Vermarktung von Wertstoffen sowie den Einkauf von Entsorgungskontingenten. Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung der entsprechenden Stoffströme – sowohl national als auch international.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen. Zudem assistierst du bei Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen, bis du diese schließlich eigenständig durchführst.
  • Die Sicherstellung und Gewährleistung der Entsorgungssicherheit unserer Standorte und das Management von operativen Herausforderungen liegen in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Durch die Beobachtung globaler Preistrends, Marktentwicklungen und Gesetzesänderungen leitest du optimale Einkaufs- und Vertriebsstrategien ab.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Pflege und dem Ausbau des Netzwerks zu Recyclern und begleitest das kontinuierliche Monitoring von Qualität und Konditionen der Dienstleister.
    In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Backoffice lernst du moderne ERP-Systeme zur rechtssicheren Dokumentation, Auswertung und Steuerung der Stoffströme kennen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem und/oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt bildet deine Grundlage.
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung durch Praktika oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit, idealerweise im Einkauf, in der Logistik oder im Bereich Stoffstrommanagement/Kreislaufwirtschaft, rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Du hast Interesse daran, das Branchennetzwerk zur Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner (Entsorger, Recycler, Industrie) aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Deine selbstständige und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick, zeichnet dich im Umgang mit Geschäftspartnern aus. Auch in hektischen Situationen behältst du stets einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ebnen dir den Weg für internationale Projekte.
