Das wird dein Job

 

  • Kundenbetreuung und Kommunikation: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Geschäftskunden und bearbeitest Anfragen professionell und lösungsorientiert – telefonisch und schriftlich.
  • Angebotsmanagement und Ausschreibungen: Erstellung, Prüfung und Versand von Angeboten sowie Angebotsunterlagen für unsere Geschäftskunden und öffentliche Ausschreibungen.
  • Auftragsabwicklung und Reklamationsmanagement: Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Beschwerden mit hoher Serviceorientierung und strukturiertem Vorgehen.
  • Administrative Vertriebsunterstützung: Organisation und Koordination von Terminen zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams.
  • Reporting und Datenpflege: Erstellung von internen Berichten, Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM-System und aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebs im Tagesgeschäft.

 

Das bringst du mit 

 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau) und Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst.
  • Dein unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, deine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und deine Führungsstärke sowie deine sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.
  • Solltest du keine Erfahrungen in der Entsorgungsbranche haben, stellt dies kein Problem dar - Wir freuen uns über jeden Quereinsteiger und entwickeln ihn zum Entsorgungsprofi!
