Das wird dein Job

 

  • Bei der Einführung sowie dem internationalen Rollout eines Prozess- und Regelungstools (BPM) unterstützt du das Team in den Bereichen Dokumentation, Reporting, Kommunikation, Schulung und Stammdatenpflege.
  • Den Fachbereichen stehst du operativ bei der Modellierung von Prozessen und Varianten (BPMN 2.0) zur Seite und sicherst durch regelmäßige Kontrollen die Einhaltung qualitativer Standards.
  • Im allgemeinen Projektmanagement bist du für die Organisation von Zeitplänen, Terminen sowie Events verantwortlich und übernimmst die Abstimmungen mit den Fachbereichen und unseren internationalen Standorten.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du interessierst dich für Prozesse und deren Modellierung, bist IT-affin und bringst im besten Fall bereits entsprechendes Prozess-Knowhow und -Erfahrung mit .
  • Du bist zuverlässig, packst gerne mit an und überzeugst durch eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office- und Google- Workspace-Anwendungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
