  • Schnittstelle & Übersetzer: Du bist das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen den internationalen Logistik-Fachbereichen der PreZero-Länder und der SIT, verstehst dabei operative Prozesse ebenso wie deren technische Anforderungen.

  • Agiles Anforderungsmanagement: Du nimmst Business-Requirements auf, analysierst und strukturierst sie und übersetzt sie eigenverantwortlich in präzise User Stories (täglicher Einsatz von Jira/Confluence).

  • Fokus SAP & Disposition: Die Gestaltung, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von  digitalen Transport- und Dispo-Prozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP-Lösungen (z. B. SAP TM / S/4HANA) liegt in deiner Verantwortung

  • Internationales Projektmanagement: Die Steueurng  komplexer internationaler Digitalisierungsprojekte – wahlweise als Teil- oder Gesamtprojektleiter:in – von der Konzeption bis zum Rollout und Go-Live, ist zentraler Bestandteil deines Aufgabengebiets

  • Prozess- & Architekturverständnis: Ebenfalls behältst du das Big Picture der SAP-Systemarchitektur im Blick und stellst sicher, dass neue Features zukunftsfähig und skalierbar integriert werden.

  • Management-Reporting: Aussagekräftige Entscheidungsvorlagen, Status-Reportings und Präsentationen für das Top-Management erstellst du selbstständig

Du bringst mit

 

  • Fundierte Basis: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Logistik / Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bilden deine Grundlage.

  • Fach- & System-Know-how: Gute Kenntnisse der logistischen Kernprozesse (insb. Transportmanagement & Disposition) sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis für SAP-Architekturen (z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM).

  • Agile Praxis: Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung im agilen Arbeiten (Scrum/Kanban) sowie im routinierten Umgang mit Jira & Confluence zur Anforderungserfassung und Story-Erstellung mit.

  • Projektleitungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung von internationalen IT- oder Prozess-Rollouts im Logistik- / Industrieumfeld zeichnen dich aus

  • Kommunikation & Methoden: Starkes Anforderungs- und Prozessmanagement, interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.

  • Sprachen & Flexibilität: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch für die internationale Zusammenarbeit sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen runden dein Profil ab.
