Questions about apprenticeships at PreZero
From day one, you’re part of something bigger. With meaningful work, secure jobs, and plenty of room to grow, PreZero gives apprentices real opportunities. Our goal is simple: turn you into a permanent team member once you've successfully completed your training.
Absolutely. You can join us for an internship or a try-out day and see firsthand what working at PreZero is all about.
Above all: motivation, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility — plus genuine interest in the chosen profession. For some apprenticeships, a certain school-leaving qualification may also be required.
Apprentices can join us from the age of 16.
It all starts with induction days and events where apprentices meet each other and get to know their key contacts. Throughout the apprenticeship, they have dedicated mentors and regular check-ins guide them through their training and help them grow every step of the way.
Questions about supporting your child
If your child is under 18, a parent or legal guardian has to sign the apprenticeship contract. You'll also need to arrange the required medical checks for your child and submit the medical certificate before the apprenticeship begins.
Career fairs give you and your child the chance to meet trainers face-to-face, ask your questions, and gather valuable information. This experience helps your child discover their path and figure out which career is right for them.
Support can be as simple as giving feedback on a CV and cover letter or suggesting some jobs to consider when things feel uncertain. It's also valuable to talk openly about your child's strengths, interests, and favorite school subjects. Most importantly, ask them where they see themselves in the future.
So your child's been invited to an interview. Great! The best preparation is to walk through common questions together or even role-play the full interview — right down to the small details.
