Als Hofmitarbeiter / Baumaschinenführer (m/w/d) bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres operativen Teams. Mit Einsatzbereitschaft, Ordnungssinn und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sorgst du für einen sauberen, sicheren und reibungslosen Ablauf auf unserem Betriebshof im Bereich Entsorgung und Recycling.


Du bist gefragt

  • Ordnung & Sicherheit: Du sorgst für einen sauberen sowie ordentlichen Zustand unseres Betriebsgeländes und achtest konsequent auf Sicherheit und Struktur.
  • Flurförderzeuge bedienen: Du fährst und bedienst Flurförderfahrzeuge, insbesondere Gabelstapler, im täglichen Betriebsablauf.
  • Wertstoffsortierung & Anlagenbedienung: Du übernimmst die Sortierung verschiedenster Materialien und bedienst zuverlässig unsere Pressen und Schredder.
  • Teamwork: Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kollegen zusammen und trägst aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Tagesgeschäft bei.

  • Sicherheitsfokus: Ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie das nötige Durchsetzungsvermögen auf dem Hof sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Kommunikation: Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Verständigung im Team.
