Als Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) bist du für den reibungslosen Ablauf an den Betriebsstätten in Asperg verantwortlich.


Du bist gefragt

 

  • Operative Gesamtleitung: Du führst das ca. 50-köpfige gewerbliche und kaufmännische Team fachlich und disziplinarisch  und stellst den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb gemäß allen gesetzlichen und internen Regelungen sicher.
  • Ressourcen- und Logistikplanung: Du verantwortest die vorausschauende Personal-, Maschinen- und Anlagenplanung sowie die gesamte Logistik vor Ort.
  • Prozessoptimierung & Budgetierung: Du wertest Kennzahlen aus, leitest daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen für die operativen Prozesse ab und arbeitest aktiv an der Budgeterstellung mit.
  • Datenmanagement: Gemeinsam mit der Niederlassungsleitung erfasst und analysierst du relevante Daten wie Leistungs-, Material- und Verbrauchserfassungen.
  • Fokus auf Sicherheit: Du überwachst zuverlässig Behälterprüfungen sowie alle weiteren Kontrollen von prüfungspflichtigen Maschinen und Anlagenteilen.

 


Du bringst mit

 

  • Fundierte Qualifikation: Eine abgeschlossenes Ausbildung oder Studium im logistischen bzw. kaufmännischen Bereich, gepaart mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Branchen- und Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Abfallwirtschaftsrecht (KrWG, EfbV), im Güterkraftverkehr, Gefahrgut und Arbeitsschutz sowie im Bereich der Sicherheitsvorschriften (UVV, Brandschutz).
  • IT-Kompetenz: Ein sicherer Umgang mit Office 365 / Google Workspace sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP oder ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse für den täglichen Austausch.
