Am Standort Bubesheim haben wir uns auf die Aufbereitung von Kühl- und Gefriergeräten, weißer Ware sowie Elektroaltgeräten spezialisiert. In deiner Funktion als Betriebsleitung sorgst du dafür, dass der Betrieb reibungslos läuft. Dabei hast du immer ein offenes Ohr für dein Team.

 

Du bist gefragt 

 

  • Betriebsführung & Organisation: Du sorgst dafür, dass der Betrieb ordnungsgemäß, unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen sowie innerbetrieblichen Regelungen, läuft. Deshalb bist du für die Koordination und Leitung aller operativen Aktivitäten innerhalb des Teams am Standort Bubesheim zuständig.
  • Ressourcenplanung: Dazu gehört auch die Personal-, Maschinen- und Anlagenplanung sowie die Verantwortlichkeit für die Themen Brand- und Arbeitsschutz.
  • Instandhaltung & Prüfung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung der gesetzlich oder betrieblich notwendigen Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen sowie die Prüfung von prüfpflichtigen Maschinen und Anlagenteilen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Die Optimierung immer im Blick: Du wertest und erarbeitest Kennzahlen aus und leitest davon Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der operativen Prozesse ab.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Beauftragte und Prüfinstitute.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Fundament: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Mechatroniker:in, Maschinenbauer:in, Maschinenschlosser:in) oder ein technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang). 
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition im operativen bzw. technischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil. 
  • Know-how: Fundierte abfallwirtschaftliche und -rechtliche Kenntnisse (KrWG, EfbV, Gefahrgut, ElektroG, Güterkraftverkehr) sowie tiefes Wissen im Arbeitsschutz und in den Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • IT-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace sowie fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP.
