Als Compliance Manager (m/w/d) stellen Sie die systematische Einhaltung von Recht und internen Richtlinien bei PreZero sicher. Sie beraten unsere Ansprechpartner kooperativ sowie zielgerichtet in allen Compliance-Fragen und setzen Vorgaben wirksam um. Die Position ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.

 

 

 

Du bist gefragt 

 

  • Du betreust als verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner unser Compliance Management System und leistest deinen Beitrag zur Umsetzung der Vorgaben sowie zur fortlaufenden Weiterentwicklung in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld.

  • Du bist für Fragen zu unseren Compliance-Schwerpunkten (z. B. Anti-Fraud, Anti-Korruption, Abfall/Umwelt) zuständig und übernimmst die rechtliche Beratung in Koordination mit dem Bereich Recht und Compliance.

  • Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen sicher (z. B. Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz, EUDR, CSDDD). Im Hinblick auf das Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) koordinierst du die jährlichen Risikoanalysen und steuerst unser Risikomanagement.

  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und bei der Implementierung abgeleiteter Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung.

  • Bei Hinweisen auf Verstöße gegen Compliance-Vorgaben bist du Teil der internen Untersuchungen und unterstützt bei der Aufklärung.

  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung und Präsentation regelmäßiger Berichte über den Compliance-Status an unsere Geschäftsleitung und interne Ansprechpartner.

  • Die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Schulung zu internen Richtlinien und Prozessen in Compliance-relevanten Themen liegt ebenfalls in deinem Aufgabenbereich.

Du bringst mit

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise als Volljurist (m/w/d) mit zwei Staatsexamen, sowie erste Berufserfahrung.
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent sowie ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, um Projekte zielgerichtet zu strukturieren und voranzubringen.
  • Analytische, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Google Workspace-Produkten und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen an unsere Standorte.
  • Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich an alle Mitarbeitenden zu kommunizieren, um ein hohes Compliance-Bewusstsein zu schaffen.
