Als Disponent (m/w/d) bist du ein Organisationstalent für diverse Themen rund um unsere LKW-Flotte im Nahverkehr und sorgst dafür, dass alles rollt. Selbst bei viel Trubel bewahrst du stets die Ruhe und läufst so zur Höchstform auf.


Du bist gefragt

  • Effiziente Tourenplanung: Du setzt unsere Fahrzeuge und Teams täglich nachhaltig sowie effizient ein und optimierst die Routen kontinuierlich.
  • Reibungsloser Ablauf: Du sicherst die Abfallsammlung in der Region und sorgst für rundum zufriedene Kunden.
  • Auftragsmanagement: Du nimmst neue Aufträge an, erfasst sie und entscheidest eigenverantwortlich über freie Kapazitäten.
  • Teamführung auf Augenhöhe: Als fachliche Führungskraft bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Berufskraftfahrer und Lader – du hast immer ein offenes Ohr für ihre Anliegen.
  • Ziele im Blick: Du steuerst den optimalen Fuhrpark- und Personaleinsatz, steigerst die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und achtest penibel auf gesetzliche sowie sicherheitsrelevante Vorgaben.

 


Du bringst mit

  • Fundierte Basis: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. als Speditionskaufmann) oder eine Weiterbildung zum Verkehrsfachwirt.
  • Starke Persönlichkeit: Unternehmerisches Denken, Teamgeist, Führungsstärke und Top-Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Branchen-Know-how: Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position oder direkt in der Entsorgungsbranche.
  • Fachwissen & Orientierung: Praktische Kenntnisse im Verkehrsrecht sowie gute Ortskenntnisse in der Region.
  • IT-Kompetenz: Ein sicherer Umgang mit Office 365 / Google Workspace sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP oder ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware.
