Das wird dein Job

  • Du bist für das Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer modernen Druckmaschinen verantwortlich und stellst eine reibungslose Produktion sicher.
  • Du übernimmst die Abstimmung der Farben nach Vorgabe und kontrollierst während des gesamten Druckprozesses laufend die Qualität sowie das Druckbild.
  • Die eigenständige Behebung kleinerer Störungen sowie die regelmäßige Reinigung und Wartung deiner Anlage gehören fest zu deinem Arbeitsalltag.
  • Du sorgst fpr eine lückenlose Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten und arbeitest aktiv daran mit, Materialausschuss so gering wie möglich zu halten.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Druckleitung bereitst du anstehende Aufträge vor, um Rüstzeiten zu minimieren und Termine einzuhalten.


Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medientechnologe Druck (m/w/d), Drucker (m/w/d) oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im technischen Bereich.
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Flexodruck oder einem ähnlichen Verfahren mit und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Farbmischungen.
  • Du arbeitest präzise, hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine eigene Arbeit und behältst auch bei hoher Auslastung den Überblick.
  • Die Arbeit im Schichtbetrien ist für dich kein Problem, und du schätzt ein Umfeld, in dem Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist zählen.
  • Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse, um Arbeitsanweisungen sicher umzusetzen und die Produktionsprotokolle fehlerfrei zu führen.
