Das wird dein Job

 

In der Praxis:

  • Du unterstützt unsere Teams dabei, maßgeschneiderte Entsorgungs- und Recyclingkonzepte für Kunden zu entwickeln. Dabei lernst du, wie man ökologische Verantwortung und wirtschaftliche Effizienz vereint.
  • Vom ersten Kundenkontakt über die Bedarfsanalyse bis hin zur Kalkulation komplexer Angebote – du lernst den den gesamten Sales-Zyklus kennen.
  • Du lernst die Schnittstellen zu Logistik, Stoffstrommanagement und den anderen Sparten der Schwarz Gruppe (Lidl, Kaufland) kennen, um den gesamten Kreislauf zu verstehen.


In der Theorie:

  • Du lernst, wie professionelle Beratungsprozesse funktionieren, wie Kundenentscheidungen entstehen und wie man Verhandlungen erfolgreich führt.
  • Du beschäftigst dich mit Service Design, Qualitätsmanagement und der Frage, wie exzellenter Service zum Wettbewerbsvorteil wird.
  • Ein Fokus liegt auf modernen CRM-Systemen, der Automatisierung von Dienstleistungen und neuen, digitalen Geschäftsmodellen.
  • Du erhältst fundiertes Grundwissen in den Bereichen BWL, VWL, Marketing, Controlling und Recht sowie in Vertriebs-, Kunden- und Servicemanagement.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Die Allgemeine Hochschulreife (oder vgl. Abschluss) mit guten Noten in Mathe, Deutsch und Englisch
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zielstrebigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, die sich auch in Teamplayerqualitäten widerspiegelt
  • Lust darauf Kunden in Fragen rund um die Themen Entsorung und Recycling zu beraten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Google Anwendungen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kunden z.B. durch ein Praktikum
