Wir suchen einen Hedging Specialist (m/w/d) für kritische Rohstoffe, der nicht nur klassisches Risikomanagement beherrscht, sondern auch aktiv die Zukunft unserer Absicherungsstrategien durch den Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz mitgestaltet. 

 

Du bist gefragt 

 

  • Strategieaufbau: Du konzeptionierst, baust auf und entwickelst kontinuierlich eine robuste Hedging-Strategie für kritische Rohstoffe weiter.
  • KI-Pionierarbeit: Du agierst als fachlicher Sparringspartner bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung eines innovativen KI-Agenten-Modells zur Optimierung und Automatisierung unserer Absicherungsgeschäfte.
  • Risiko-Monitoring: Du überwachst laufend unsere Exposures, führst fundierte Szenario-Analysen durch und bewertest Marktrisiken auf den globalen Rohstoffmärkten.
  • Schnittstellen- & Partnermanagement: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Beschaffung und Finanzen identifizierst und pflegst du strategische Beziehungen zu Hedging-Partnern wie Banken und Brokern.
  • Controlling & Reporting: Du erstellst Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management und integrierst das Hedging-Ergebnis nahtlos in unser Finanzcontrolling.
