Als Industriemechaniker, Schweißer oder Schlosser (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Rülzheim sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Entsorgungsfahrzeuge und Container-Systeme stets einsatzbereit sind. Mit deinem handwerklichen Können führst du Wartungen und Reparaturen an unserem Fuhrpark, Behältern und mobilen Aggregaten durch und stellst sicher, dass Störungen im täglichen Entsorgungsbetrieb schnell behoben werden. 

Du bist gefragt 

 

  • Instandhaltung & Reparatur: Du führst Wartungs-, Schlosser- und Schweißerarbeiten an unseren Entsorgungsfahrzeugen (LKW), Containern, Abroll-/Absetzkippern und hydraulischen Aufbauten durch.
  • Fehlersuche & Diagnose: Du lokalisierst mechanische sowie hydraulische Störungen an Fahrzeugen und Geräten und behebst diese eigenständig.
  • Prävention: Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Wartungsplänen mit, um Ausfällen im täglichen Sammlungs- und Transportbetrieb vorzubeugen.
  • Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Kraftfahrer*innen und dem Werkstatt-Team zusammen, um technische Probleme schnell und effizient zu lösen.

 

Du bringst mit

 

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Schlosser, Schweißer, Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker, Kfz-/Nutzfahrzeugmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Qualifikation.
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik, metallverarbeitenden Techniken sowie Grundkenntnisse in Elektrotechnik.
  • Erfahrung in der Entsorgungs- oder Nutzfahrzeugbranche ist von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (z. B. Frühschicht / Samstagsarbeit je nach Standortanforderung).
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, sorgfältig und selbstständig und bist ein echter Teamplayer.
