  • Data Warehouse & Architektur: Du verantwortest die Konzeption und den Aufbau eines zentralen Data Warehouses auf Basis der Snowflake Cloud-Datenplattform unter Nutzung von Databricks. Dabei implementierst du eine moderne Medallion-Architektur (Bronze, Silver, Gold Layer).
  • Datenmodellierung: Du entwickelst komplexe Datenmodelle (z. B. Dimensions-/Faktenmodelle) und stellst konsistente, nachvollziehbare Datenflüsse sowie eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Du konzipierst und erstellst interaktive Dashboards und Management-Reports in MicroStrategy, um die operativen Geschäftsfelder bei der Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen.
  • Beratung & Anforderungsmanagement: Du fungierst als strategischer und technischer Sparringspartner für unsere Geschäftsfelder und übersetzt geschäftliche Bedarfe in technische Analytics- & Datenprodukte. 
  • Innovation & Tech-Demos: Du führst kontinuierliches Technologie-Scouting durch, bewertest neue IT-Trends (KI, Data Science) und präsentierst innovative Lösungen in Tech-Demos oder Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Operations: Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb der Analytics-Plattform gemeinsam mit den IT-Ansprechpartnern sicher. Dabei definierst du SLAs und fungierst als Ansprechpartner des Fachbereichs.

Du bringst mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Data Engineering, Data Warehousing und Business Intelligence.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SQL, Python sowie ETL/ELT-Prozessen. Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Snowflake, Databricks und MicroStrategy oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools.
  • Kenntnisse in moderner Datenarchitektur (z. B. Medallion) und analytischer Modellierung.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, flexibel zwischen Business- und IT-Mentalität zu wechseln.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
