Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für unsere Mitarbeiter, Besucher und Lieferanten, die unser Betriebsgelände betreten. Denn du entscheidest, wer durchs Tor kommt – und wer nicht. Deshalb bist du auch dafür verantwortlich, die Waage zu bedienen und dafür zu sorgen, dass sich alle auf unserem Gelände mit den Sicherheitsregeln und -vorschriften auskennen – egal, ob Besucher oder Anlieferer.


Du bist gefragt

  • Zutrittskontrolle & Sicherheit: An dir kommt keiner vorbei – du hast immer im Blick, wer das Gelände betritt, führst die Besucherliste und weist Fremdanlieferer sowie Fremdabholer in unsere Sicherheitsvorschriften ein.
  • Waagedienst & Dokumentation: Du steuerst die Waage und wiegst die Input- sowie Outputströme ordnungsgemäß. Dabei ordnest du die Abfallfraktionen korrekt den Betriebseinheiten zu und übernimmst die lückenlose Dokumentation inklusive Registerführung.
  • Kassenführung: Du verwaltest die Barkasse gewissenhaft und kümmerst dich um die zeitnahe, korrekte Abrechnung.
  • Organisatorischer Support: Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben, wie das Bedienen der Telefonzentrale, die Postverteilung oder die Organisation von Veranstaltungen bringen dich nicht ins Schwitzen.

Du bringst mit

  • Fundierte Basis: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bspw. als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
  • Kaufmännische & IT-Kenntnisse: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Office 365 / Google Workspace und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Datenerfassung mit SAP mit.
  • Fachwissen: Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Branchenerfahrung: Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung aus der Entsorgungswirtschaft mit.
