Als Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) bist du der strategische Kopf und technische Fels in der Brandung für unseren gesamten Fuhrpark. Egal, ob Müllsammelfahrzeuge, LKW-Fahrgestelle oder komplexe Arbeitsmaschinen – du sorgst mit deinem Team dafür, dass unsere Flotte jederzeit einsatzbereit ist und sicher rollt.


Du bist gefragt

  • Flottenmanagement: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team verantwortest du die fachgerechte Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer gesamten Fahrzeugflotte sowie aller Betriebsmittel (wie Mulden und Pressen) am Standort.
  • Werkstattorganisation: Du erstellst effiziente Wartungspläne, schnürst strukturierte Arbeitspakete und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
  • Technischer Support: In dynamischen Situationen behältst du stets den Überblick und stehst deinen Kollegen mit deiner tiefen fachlichen Expertise beratend zur Seite.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du ziehst die Fäden im Hintergrund, packst aber bei besonders komplexen Reparaturen auch selbst mit an.


Das bringst du mit

  • Fundierte Qualifikation: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kfz-Mechatroniker, Nfz-Mechatroniker oder Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d) – idealerweise erfolgreich ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Kfz- oder Nutzfahrzeugtechnik.
  • Spezifisches Know-how: Idealerweise bringst du fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hydraulik, Sensorik oder Sonderaufbauten mit.
  • Soft Skills: Eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft gepaart mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Ein sicherer Umgang mit Office 365 / Google Workspace sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP oder ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware.
