Mit Fokus auf Positionierung, Event-Repräsentanz und Social Media (Thought Leadership) verbindest du Analyse mit Macherqualitäten: Du erkennst Marktchancen, schärfst unsere Außendarstellung und bringst unsere Botschaften eigenverantwortlich genau dorthin, wo sie maximale Wirkung erzielen. 

Das wird dein Job 

 

  • Strategische Positionierung („Talkability“): Du beobachtest den Markt, branchenspezifische sowie politische Entwicklungen und erkennst sofort den richtigen Zeitpunkt für zielgerichtete Kommunikation.
  • Thought Leadership & Event-Scouting: Du identifizierst strategisch relevante Events, Konferenzen und Messen, sprichst klare Empfehlungen für unsere Teilnahme aus und platzierst unsere Fachthemen.
  • End-to-End Event-Betreuung: Du verantwortest die inhaltliche und organisatorische Vorbereitung unserer Auftritte, stimmst dich mit Veranstaltern ab und steuerst die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit dem Team.
  • Social-Media-Steuerung: Du betreust unsere Social-Media-Kanäle eigenständig, um Events digital zu verlängern, maximale Reichweite zu erzielen und die Kontrolle über unsere Botschaften zu behalten.
  • Erfolgsmessung: Du analysierst die Wirkung unserer Maßnahmen und optimierst sie fortlaufend datenbasiert.

 

Das bringst du mit 

 

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften, BWL o. Ä.) sowie mindestens 2–3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Kommunikation, im Brand Management oder Corporate Marketing.
  • Strategischer Weitblick: Du bist kein reiner „Maßnahmen-Abarbeiter“, sondern denkst analytisch mit feinem Gespür für Trends, Marktmechanismen und das richtige Timing.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Trotz strategischer Planung packst du bei der Eventorganisation und der aktiven Social-Media-Bespielung pragmatisch mit an.
  • Kommunikationsgeschick: Souveränes Auftreten im Netzwerk-Kontext, Freude am Netzwerken und Verhandlungsstärke im Austausch mit externen Partnern und Veranstaltern.
