Das wird dein Job

  • Du bist für das fachgerechte Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer Produktionsanlagen verantwortlich und stellst die optimale Abarbeitung der Fertigungsaufträge sicher.
  • Du stellst die benötigten Materialien bereit, kontrollierst die Qualität der gefertigten Produkte und dokumentierst zuverlässig Leistungen sowie Ausfallzeiten.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest du an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Abläufe, minimierst Ausschuss und unterstützt bei Wartungsarbeiten an den Maschinen.
  • Du sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in deinem Bereich und achtest strikt auf die Einhaltung unserer Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften.
  • Störungen oder Schäden an den Anlagen erkennst du frühzeitig und meldest diese proaktiv an deine Vorgesetzten, um einen reibungslosen Schichtbetrieb zu gewährleisten.


Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine technische Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise bereits zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld mit.
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, bist zuverlässig und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, unser Team im Wechsel- bzw. Kontischichtmodell zu unterstützen.
  • Ein technisches Grundverständnis sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich, um Dokumentationen sicher zu führen.
  • Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis für Flurförderfahrzeuge (Staplerschein) oder bist bereit, diesen zu absolvieren.
  • Dein Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnet dich aus, und du hast Freude daran, die festgelegten Produktionsmengen bei höchster Präzision zu erreichen.
