Als Hofmitarbeiter / Staplerfahrer (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass das angelieferte Material immer in den richtigen Container in unserer Entsorgungsstation kommt. Mit Einsatzbereitschaft, Ordnungssinn und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sorgst du für einen sauberen, sicheren und reibungslosen Ablauf auf unserem Betriebshof im Bereich Entsorgung und Recycling. Bitte beachte, dass es sich bei dieser Arbeitsstelle um eine Außenstelle beim Großmarkt Hannover handelt.


Du bist gefragt

  • Durchführung der Be- und Entladung von Containern und Fahrzeugen sowie Kontrolle der Ladungssicherung
  • Eingangskontrolle und Vorsortierung von angelieferten Materialien 
  • Erhaltung eines sauberen und ordentlichen Betriebszustandes
  • Umsetzung betrieblicher Vorgaben im Bereich Arbeitsschutz

Du bringst mit

  • Staplerschein 
  • Erfahrung in der Entsorgungsbranche ist wünschenswert, Kenntnisse über verschiedenen Materialien und deren Sortierung sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.
  • Anpacker-Mentalität: Du zeichnest dich durch hohes persönliches Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft aus. Du arbeitest eigenständig, sorgfältig und packst da mit an, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird.
  • Bereitschaft zur Frühschicht sowie zur regelmäßigen Samstagsarbeit (Die Arbeitszeiten sind im wöchentlichen Wechsel von 03:00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr / 03:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr und alle 2 Wochen samstags von 03:00 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr).
  • Sicherheitsfokus: Ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie das nötige Durchsetzungsvermögen auf dem Hof sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Kommunikation: Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Verständigung im Team.
