  • Leitung eines integrierten Produktionsstandortes für die Herstellung von Faserstoffen
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines eigenen Teams <10 Personen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung zukünftiger Prozesse und Anlagen in der Engineering- und Aufbauphase
  • Verantwortlich für Budget, Menge und Qualität
  • Vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Dienstleister
  • Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Prozessen

Du bringst mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams erforderlich
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Papier- und Zellstoffindustrie
  • Erfahrungen in Lean oder 5s Prozessen wünschenswert
