  • Die Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Compliance Management Systems mit Blick auf neue Geschäftsfelder durch das fortschreitende organische und anorganische Wachstum (insbes. zu Anti-Fraud, Anti-Korruption, Abfall-/Umweltrecht, LkSG/CSDDD, IT-Sicherheitsgesetzgebung) liegt in deiner Hand.

  • Die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Schulung von internen Richtlinien und Prozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung von Compliance-Wirksamkeitsprüfungen liegt in deiner Verantwortung.

  • Du bearbeitest Compliance fälle auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.

  • Deine Rechtliche Beratung löst Fragestellungen im Bereich Recht & Compliance.

  • Compliance-Rechtliche Beratung bei internationalen und nationalen M&A Transaktionen (u.a. Due Diligence und Geschäftspartnerprüfungen).

  • Du steuerst und koordinierst interne und externe Abstimmungsprozesse.


Das bringst du mit

 

  • Ein überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance in einer international tätigen Anwaltssozietät, Wirtschaftsberatung oder einer Rechtsabteilung eines international tätigen Unternehmens bildet deine Grundlage.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und komplexe Sachverhalte sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich ESG-Compliance (insb. LkSG/CSDDD) sowie IT-Sicherheit (insb. KRITIS, NIS2, CER) bringst du mit, vorkenntnisse im Bereich Abfall- und Umwelt-Compliance sind von Vorteil.
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Vertrauenswürdigkeit zeichnet dich aus.
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
