Du bist gefragt 

 

  • Prozessanalyse & Wertstromoptimierung: Du erfasst bestehende Ist-Prozesse unserer Kernanlagen systematisch, analysierst Wertströme und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Projektmanagement: Du strukturierst und verantwortest eigenständig Arbeitspakete sowie Lean-Projekte an Bestandsanlagen und hältst deren Fortschritt nachhaltig nach.
  • Technisches Verständnis & Dokumentation: Du erfasst technische Fließbilder, Layouts und Anlagendokumentationen zügig, um komplexe Fachinhalte strukturiert zu dokumentieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Schnittstelle & Kommunikation: Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Führungskräften und den Teams direkt in unseren Anlagen – auf Augenhöhe, nahbar und lösungsorientiert.
  • Innovation & Veränderung: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, bringst kreative Lösungsansätze ein und übersetzt neue Impulse pragmatisch in die Praxis.

 

Du bringst mit

 

  • Berufserfahrung & Technisches Fundament: Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung (z. B. Prozessindustrie, Anlagenbau, Entsorgungs-/Recyclingwirtschaft oder Umwelttechnik) sowie solides Grundlagenwissen zum schnellen Erfassen von technischen Layouts, Fließbildern und Anlagendokumentationen.
  • Methodenkompetenz (Lean & Projektmanagement): Sichere Anwendung gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie eine Zertifizierung als Lean Green Belt (oder die verbindliche Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben).
  • Persönlichkeit & „Hands-on“-Mentalität: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe („Schwamm-Mentalität“) zum zügigen Aufsaugen, Strukturieren und nachhaltigen Dokumentieren komplexer Sachverhalte.
  • Auftreten & Umsetzungskraft: Bodenständiges, nahbares Auftreten auf Augenhöhe (sowohl mit Führungskräften als auch mit den Teams vor Ort in den Anlagen), gepaart mit Durchsetzungsstärke, Diplomatie und dem Drang, den Status quo pragmatisch zu verbessern.
