Das wird dein Job 

 

  • Organisationstalent: Du steuerst und überwachst sämtliche Abläufe auf dem Betriebshof – von der Annahme der Abfälle bis zur Verladung.
  • Teamführung: Du koordinierst dein Team (Platzwarte, Maschinisten, Kraftfahrer), erstellst Einsatzpläne und bist erster Ansprechpartner für deine Kollegen.
  • Sicherheit & Ordnung: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften strikt eingehalten werden und der Platz stets in einem top Zustand ist.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Du arbeitest eng mit der Betriebsleitung und der Logistikdisposition zusammen, um eine termingerechte Abwicklung zu garantieren.
  • Dokumentation: Du übernimmst die Kontrolle der Begleitpapiere und sorgst für eine saubere Erfassung der Mengen in unserem System.

 

Das bringst du mit 

 

  • Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Entsorgung, im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich (z.B. Fachkraft für Kreislauf- und Abfallwirtschaft) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Du konntest bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik / Entsorgungsbranche sammeln, idealerweise bereits in einer leitenden Funktion oder als Vorarbeiter.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist durchsetzungsstark, entscheidungsfreudig und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und deinen Humor.
  • Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.
