In dieser Position am Standort Neunkirchen bist du kein Verwalter, sondern der strategische und operative Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Kunden im Tagesgeschäft. Als verlässliche Konstante für unsere Kunden und starkes Bindeglied zum Außendienst entlastest und steuerst du das Tagesgeschäft proaktiv. Dein Ziel: Maximale Kundenzufriedenheit und langfristige Bindung durch exzellenten Service und blitzschnelle Reaktionszeiten. 


Du bist gefragt

  • Kundenbetreuung & Beziehungsmanagement: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle im Innendienst für unsere Kunden, behältst bei komplexen Kundenstrukturen spielend den Überblick und sorgst proaktiv für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Direkte Lösungskompetenz: Du liebst den direkten Austausch und schaffst sofortige Klarheit, um bereits im ersten Kontakt unkomplizierte Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu generieren.
  • Deeskalationsmanagement: Als Krisenmanager nimmst du Reklamationen gelassen an und nutzt dein starkes internes sowie externes Netzwerk (z. B. zur Disposition und zu Partnern), um Lösungen auf dem kurzen Dienstweg durchzusetzen.
  • Vertriebssupport im Tandem: Du unterstützt den Außendienst beim Onboarding von Neukunden sowie der Bestandskundenpflege, begleitest Prozessübergaben nahtlos, schreibst Angebote und erstellst kleinere Kalkulationen.


Das bringst du mit

  • Fundierte Basis: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d)) oder ein vergleichbares Studium.
  • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service oder in der B2B-Kundenbetreuung – idealerweise in einer service-intensiven Branche wie der Logistik oder Entsorgungswirtschaft.
  • Digitale Fitness: Du beherrschst die MS-Office-Anwendungen, arbeitest gerne mit der Google Workspace (insb. Excel / Sheets zur KPI-Analyse) und bist absolut offen für den Einsatz von modernen KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Starke Persönlichkeit: Du hast echte Freude am Telefonieren, besitzt das "Kümmerer"-Gen und bleibst auch unter Druck dynamisch und ergebnisorientiert.
