Verfügbarkeit: Idealerweise kannst du uns täglich (Mo.–Fr.) am Vormittag unterstützen (Kernzeit ca. 07:30 bis 10:00 Uhr), um das aktuelle Tagesgeschehen und Monitoring abzudecken. 

Das wird dein Job

 

  • Die proaktive Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der täglichen Kommunikationsarbeit liegt in deiner Hand.  
  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung redaktioneller Inhalte im Intranet und verantwortest die Prüfung und Finalisierung von Texten und Präsentationen.  
  • Für die kontinuierliche Pflege sowie die zielgruppengerechte inhaltliche Gestaltung des Intranets bist du verantwortlich.  
  • Du steuerst die Recherche komplexer Themenpläne, hältst Presseverteiler auf dem aktuellsten Stand und gewährleistest durch deine Zuarbeit einen reibungslosen Presseversand sowie ein präzises Pressemonitoring.
  • Bei der Organisation und Durchführung interner Veranstaltungen bringst du deine Expertise ein und gestaltest diese aktiv mit.  
  • Bei der Messung und Bewertung des Erfolgs unserer Kommunikationsaktivitäten stehst du uns unterstützend zur Seite.

 

Das bringst du mit

 

  • Ein Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Sprachwissenschaften oder Medieninformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bildet deine Grundlage.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen oder ein tiefgreifendes Interesse an der professionellen Erstellung von Kommunikationsinhalten für verschiedene Plattformen zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über sehr gute Erfahrung mit den gängigen Microsoft-Anwendungen (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite) und kannst diese sicher anwenden.
  • Dein Interesse für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und Kreislaufwirtschaft ermöglicht es dir, unsere Kernbotschaften authentisch zu vertreten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab.
